Sounds like you need to adjust your lantus to a slightly lower dose. Try it for a few dayssee what happens .also in 3 sausages u would only need 1 and half units approx of novorapid.and I can't tell u on your chips ad I don't know how much u ate.but maybe try lowering your dose slightly next...
