    Thanks for your reply my last test result was 55. I am very slim only size 8 so loosing weight will not help my blood sugars. I walk between 10k and 15ksteps everyday. I really do not know what else to do apart from add more meds ☹️

    The lot No. S0318028 MFG date 2018.02.22. EXP date2020. 02.21 Tested my husband and daughter both non diabetic both 6.8 so strips are reading high. Providing I know its not a problem I will still use them .

    I to have suffered with this horrible tingling in my feet and lower leg I have started taking magnesium which seems to be helping. I have also found if i am anxious and do shallow breathing it gets worse. Hope this is some help to you

    Can i suggest you try and read reviews for Menopace original £4from asda. I have found this very helpful with mood swings and hot flushes. Has any of you ladies noticed your blood levels have risen since going through the menopause my doctor assured me it has no affect but I am sure it has.

    I recently had problems with my code free strips I contacted Home Health and they sent replacement strips they said they had had another complaint from the same batch maybe this may be the reason for unusual readings :)
