I taste my pee it normally tastes salty with some strange yucky taste sometimes NOT a sweet tste

I don't have blurred vision I'm peeing no times in the night I'm full of energy just a bad headache SOMETIMES a dry mouth.

I'm not going to the toilet that much about no times per night no blurred vision

I have a constant headache, My hands smell sweet and my pee smells like ammonia. Do I have diabetes?
