Oh thanks, I will have to have a look for it. Yes I want too but so far this pregnancy isn't going great at all for me, I had a scan last week as I'm having to reduce my background insulin by alot and obviously that's a cause for concern with diabetes and found that there is low cord pressure...

    Carb counting

What type of blood monitor are you using? Low will in fact cause higher levels after due to liver restores and often low blood sugars during the night/day correct the highs. Obviously monitoring carbs etc is very important as some food take longer to absorb and drinks are always faster to absorb...

    Post hypos

100% it takes over my whole day if I have had a hypo during the day, I have not had one for a very very long time and use the dexcom g6, but I get sickness, forgetfulness, fatigue, no motivation and something I call a tipping headache as its only feels better if I lean forward. Not nice at all.

Is anyone pregnant with type 1? Do you have to be shielding.....?

It's OK [emoji4] I think at the end of the day, life needs to go on as no one knows how long this will go on for especially when scientists are claiming there will be a second spike. All the way through my pregnancy as I'm 26 weeks tomorrow I've been told that pregnancy doesn't put you in the...

    Neonatal hypoglycaemia

Hello, I know this is an old post but just thought I would see how your little one is getting on? Unfortunately this tends to be quite common with diabetes and birth. Is anyone pregnant with type 1? Do you have to be shielding.....?

Hello I'm currently pregnant with T1D and have been advised to shield, they say that in early pregnancy it's unlikely you are to be more higher to catch covid 19 until later, but obviously with diabetes its puts you in the upper range due to immune system playing a massive down fall, I have...
