I would rather comment on how fantastic u all look and congratulate on how much weight u have lost weather it took 10 weeks or 10 months does it matter the result is the same dont be in a hurry to look a certain way u look amazing feel healthy and inspire people to get control there own...

Look on amazon they do low carb wraps 4carbs a wrap instead of 35 u can have stuff on them instead of bread aswell i do bacon and egg wraps type in carbzone they do everything low carb

Ps dont give up on the low carb it really works

Morrisons tesco and asda all do high protein bread only 8 or nine Carbs a slice u can get lower from sainsbury but each slice is like a jacoob cracker and u cant fit sasauge and bacon on them[emoji2]

I do agree with an earlier post theres no low carb section in the Supermarkets or low carb shops that i know of may we should all sign a letter and email it to the supermarkets if they get enought demand a carb section would appear supply and demand

Thats even better will have a look in sainburys never thought of them quit a distance from me Have u tried carb zone the wraps are only 4g of carbs compared to 30g in normal wraps
