Does anyone know where I can find / buy a diary which I can <i>write</i> the records in? I have One Touch Ultra 2, which does not include a record diary, and the software but my printer never works so I would be unable to take a printout to the diabetes nurse or doctor. thanks david

I see there are Voluntary Groups run by Diabetes UK. Does anyone have any experience of these? What happens at meetings? I'm a bit wary of joining one as I used to go to a voluntary group which was supposed to help with depression and that turned out to be a complete waste of time...

Does anyone know of a brand of yogurt which is low fat and low sugar? I can find plenty which say low fat but am unsure about low sugar. I'm new to all this and find the labels impossible to understand. Thanks for any help. david
