    I use whipped cream in my greek yoghurt, I have it on my coffee. I use mayonaise wih my salads on my tunafish etc. Besides that I eat kalamata olives and chorizo sausages.

    I have been using an app called ketobuddy to check my values for the macros, proteins ,carbs and fat. So that I know that I am eating enough nutrients. How I use them every day is up to me but I check them on an app: fitatu or myfitnesspal. The last one also keeps track of my exercise and logs...
