    LCHF diet will help along with some intermittent fasting. And of course some cardio exercise will help too. There's quite a few people on here that do intermittent fasting if you need any guidance I am sure you will find some.

    What has your doctor said re the treatment? I would definitely keep to a low carb diet. As far as I know it is caused from too high BG over a length of time. There's lot's of people on here who follow a low carb diet so I am sure that you will find lot's of guidance here.

    I was taken off Ibrufen as it can increase the risk of heart attacks. I have Atrial Fibrillation for which I take meds for. Far better to use Panadol Osteo which will give you 8 hrs relief.
