Purely diet controlled. Do you suggest I talk to the doctor and ask for meds just in case? I just want to know if there is a safe process to get out of ketosis.
No meds yet just diet. I haven't been eating carbs, i am actually consuming only 20g. I just want to know if there is a process of stepping up carbs just in time for my trip next month.
Just want to safely be able to eat small amount of carbs per day maybe 50-100g during my trip. I want to do it safely too I dont want my bg going up causing DKA symptoms.
What is ths safeway to step out of Ketosis? I will be travelling in a few weeks I may have to eat carbs more than keto diet requires. I guess I dont want to go DKA. Any ideas? experiences?
