Soy milk
Flax seeds
And that's all. I shoul add peanut butter asap. Thank you
Increasing fats seems to be the best answer. He can apply a low carb high fat diet. He should eat lots of healthy fats (avocado oil, nuts, coconut oil, olive oil, seeds etc.) along with a limited amount of carbos.

Hey @Crocodile welcome. I'm a psychology student. I don't know much about your type but the only thing I can recommend is that you should try to stay positive. Your psychological state hugely affects your health. Good luck in your journey. :)
