Thanks mate. I don't tend to eat early as I find I can manage very nicely just eating twice a day. Around eleven in the morning and then a main meal at 5 ish. That way I'm getting in a daily 18 hour fasting period which I think is working well for me. I certainly feel better than I have in years...
