Re: Have you done the DAFNE/DESMOND courses or anything simi It seem many Health Areas, do not provide these courses, and in my experience they fail to tell people that they are available elsewhere either! I cannot believe a regime that is PROVEN to save the NHS money is not available nationally!

my daughter has very dry skin, flaky and painful. she complains it hurts to bathe sometimes .... just one of her many issues with diabetes..... creams lotions and potions don't seem to help much.
