    13.9 and a headbanging phone call of the duty pharmacist from the Dr because I asked for more lancets, "I should only be testing when driving on gliclazide" I pointed out my diabetic nurse wants me to test morning, night and driving. God it seems like nobody has a clue what to do. [emoji35]

    10.0 for me this morning I ate healthy yesterday yet yesterday mornings was 9 and eaten and drank a load of rubbish the. Ight before that, there just seems to be no logic to my readings. [emoji57]

    Wow! What a day of upsets and dramas in motorsport yesterday. Evans loosing Wrc corsica on the Last stage, and then the cracking F1 race! If u ain't seen it it's well worth a watch!
