Part of medical ,I take metformin

It's to do with the travel not the work, going abroad

That's what I was lead to believe but all I get is has to be stable for last 3 months don't know how I can resolve this any ideas anyone ?

Have asked but they where a bit wishy washy ,and didn't seem to want to get involved, it's almost like I have to educate the work doctors with out peeing them off !

Am not sure what they want then keep telling me sugars need to be stable and well managed for last 3 months am confused

But does the 42 apply to last 3 months average ? ,work seem to be using dates of tests not results themselves or am I not understanding the test properly

Had a bad hba1c result ,94, radically changed lifestyle 8 weeks later got it to 42 , my question is this , what does the 42 mean , am asking as work are refusing to allow me to travel as I need to be stable and well managed for preceding 3 months according to their guidelines

Previous one was 64 then the high one, docs are thinking some sort of error but won't admit as such lol although they did say what I have achieved as not as uncommon as I think but as over the moon as I am about things

Same thing as you basically ,found slimming world a massive help,thanks Mrs wells ha ha , and cut out refined food , used whole grain instead ,water and black coffee , no fizzy, diet or otherwise, though I don't think that made much difference ,and metformin

No my friend far from it appreciate the support , should have mentioned I was T2 in the first place , well I am an ex blond ha ha now in the ranks of the baldy brigade

After an unexpectedly bad result ,94 , I got a grip and totally changed things with a vengeance, 7 weeks later had a follow up and now sat at 47 !!! doc says it could be due to a combination of things but just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this happen

Since July 24 2018 had unexpected result of 94 ,4 and a bit weeks later after change in meds and diet ( slimming world ) was down to 68 , my prediction now is 32 at my next test, am getting one done this week and hope to be in high 40s ,i know the predictors are not an accurate reading but as a...
