    HBA1C & Cholesterol

What percentage dose of CBD oil are you taking ? What numbers were you getting on your blood sugar and what was the reduction after you started taking the oil ? I’m hearing so many good things about it regarding how it helps with anxiety. Thank you.

    HBA1C & Cholesterol

I posted about my HBA1C test and results in the last couple of days being 59 in August and now coming back at 46 yesterday. However, my cholesterol has come back at 5.6 from being 4.4 and the Dr wants to discuss putting me on statins. I’ve heard there can be some unpleasant side affects with...

    HBA1C TEST

I posted on Sunday night that I was due to have my HBA1C test on Monday. I’ve got my HBA1C results back today. In August it was 59, through managing my diet and losing 18lb it is 46 this morning. If I can have another 3 months of managing my diet like this I should hopefully be into the 30’s...

    HBA1C TEST

I have my 3 monthly HBA1C in the morning. I’ve been monitoring my blood sugar regularly. I’m not having a fasting blood test on the morning, just the HBA1C and all the other readings like cholesterol etc. I’ve had a little treat tonight as it was a birthday. A small slice of chocolate cake and...

    Testing levels

Ive been testing for a couple of months now and test 4 times per day every 4 hours after I’ve eaten. I’m feeling so much better for it and the app My Sugr has been a godsend and such a motivator to keep eating well to make sure I am inputting good BG readings.

    MySugr App

That’s brilliant. I’m so motivated by it that it’s really keeping my eating and management of my diet on track as I always want to enter positive data into app and get my HBA1C as low as I can.

    MySugr App

Was the difference in the estimated HBA1C on the app and your HBA1C blood test results far apart ?

    MySugr App

It’s definitely a good motivator to keep my readings as low as possible and hopefully keep me on track and not be a million miles away from where I want to get too [emoji1317]

    MySugr App

Thank you. I’ve been testing for one month now and come down from 60 to 47.8. I’m being really strict with my food and feeling much better for eating little and often and not really eating many carbs. I’m finding out what foods work best for me and at what time. It’s just one big learning...

    MySugr App

I have the MySugr app on my iPhone and it’s proving to be a godsend with putting my readings into it from my Glucomen Self Testing Kit. On the estimated HBA1C in the corner of the screen can anyone advise what number the circle around it will go green. I’ve just gone below 48 to 47.8. I was...

I’m not really using dressing apart from really light mayo. I have been putting most salad ingredients into my salads. Is there anything that I should avoid ? I think I will pass up on the tomatoes And avocados now from what you’ve said. Any weekly food plans would be really appreciated...

Type 2 Diabetic - Advice Please.

I was hoping that my GP would know if I was type 1 with the tests that they have done with my type 2 diagnosis and my hba1c results. I’m back at the Dr’s at the end of September. Thank you for your advice, much appreciated [emoji1303]

I meant to add this picture to my last post. These are today’s readings. 6.4 is the lowest reading I’ve had since I started testing.

Type 2 Diabetic - Advice Please.

I’ve not eaten any fruit. Yesterday I ate tomatoes, avocado and bacon for breakfast. I ate a chicken caeser salad for lunch and had bacon, chicken, avocado and tomatoes again in the evening. I’ve pretty much eaten the same again today with the exception of a Mediterranean salad for lunch...
