    Insulin Only produced in Europe - none in the UK........

    Hi! Does anybody have any concerns over the fact that there are NO manufacturers of Insulin left in the UK?? Now that we have "Brexited" ( I voted leave with no regrets!) Should we be worried that the bulk if not ALL our insulin supplies come form Europe and are not "Home produced" Anymore...

    How old were you when you first diagnosed with type 1?? And how long do you have it??

    I was diagnosed T1 in 1964 when I was 7 - now had it 50 years. Still going!! LOL

    Diagnosed today...

    Hiya Andy - sorry you've had to join this club!! LOL . Been a T1 Diabetic for 50 years now - it's not fun and it can be very confusing at first, but it's a minor inconvenience, nothing more, unless you let it be!! Good luck and shout if you need help!
