    Unfortunately, it doesn't. You will still be able to spread the virus, even though you may not have COVID-19 yourself. This is a widespread misunderstanding of what the vaccine can do for you (and the rest of us), and is a very dangerous view to take.

    Hi, 5.4 this morning. Average fasting, daily over last 2 months, is 5.35, but would like to get HbA1c to check whether I'm still diabetic or maybe just below? I don't want to trouble doctor just now - will have to wait until Covid slows down.

    Lots of eggs, cheese, chicken (often home made curry), sweet potato, green beans, gnocchi with courgettes, rice cakes, and a loaf of seeded bread per week. Plenty of fruit - grapes, pears, oranges, satsumas etc. Also 2 squares of no-added-sugar dark chocolate per night. Also a handful of nuts...
