    Started testing a week ago (type 2 diabetes runs in the family) and shocked by the results. Fasting levels are higher than going to bed levels (typically 6.5 to 7.5), but go down during the day to between 5.9 to 6.2. Will try the cider apple juice suggested to see if that improves the fasting...
