    It’s been 14 months since my T2 diagnosis. After a steep learning curve I now have an easy low carb diet, I’ve lost 16kg (now 72kg), I’ve settled into my Metformin 2000mg/day and I couldn’t believe my latest HbA1c is 5.0 (31mmol/mol)! So read up newly diagnosed - you never know what is possible.
