Here are the two types of brekfast I do most :
a) Skyr (Icelandic yog - hi protein, 0 carb) 5 or 6 blueberries, half a grapefruit, a glass of Tesco redcurrent & raspberry juice (0 carb)
b) Egg, bacon, sausage, washed down with Tesco redcurrent & raspberry juice (0 carb)
