I have been on keto for the past 6 months my blood sugar as dropped and I average 5.4 but if I exercise and take it, it jumps high 7.1 _ 9. Is this normal?

Hi i have hypertension and T2 in Nov started LCHF/Keto I was taking amplodmine 10mg and candasarten 32mg BP was usually over 135/80 even taking the meds now however I have slowly come off amplodmine. I take 16mg candasarten my average BP 119/65 BS has also gone down too
