    Type 2 CGM

    l look forward to CGM in type 2 becoming more widely available. At present, i'm not able to access CGM or even glucose monitoring on prescription, which seems daft. i can't really see in real time how carb intake or exercise is regulating my sugar levels. i guess i could use the information...

    Possible LADA?

    Needs a referral to investigate the weight loss, assuming it is due to pre diabetes is not sounding right. would need to exclude more sinister findings i would suggest.

    It's in the plan! GP needed a little persuasion but i'm 100% certain this is LADA so getting bloods to confirm is going to happen. I need another test to ensure improvement anyway and my practice diabetic nurse want's me to see her, so i better do as i'm told!! Plan is next sample in a month or...

    yes, big impact, but still frequently seeing post meal >10Mmols. Since Metformin post meal is around 6.0Mmol so to me, much better. Feels different too, less fatigue. Arguably could have waited to go on meds but it does feel better and the right choice.

    Essentially HBa1C has been monitored as its been sitting at 6.2-6.4. This latest (last week) reading it's 6.5. So i'm looing at things, and given I've already got a suspected auto immune Thyroid problem, and Alopecia, it makes sense that this diabetic issue likely is too. So my query is this...
