    Hi all Quick update on my last post. 2nd Hb1ac is now at 38!!!! The medication I was talking about is Ozempic which I've been on for 3 months now. I've also just hit my 28lbs weight loss. So life is good and all numbers going down in the right direction [emoji106]

    I think that's what the GP said, I have an appt with the diabetes nurse and GP said she will explain everything and show me how to inject. Bit scary!

    yes the new meds are diabetic related, I cant remember what she said it's called, began with G. Changed my metformin too as it was giving me really bad tummy pains

    Diagnosed in April with hb1ac of 87, just had my 1st check and its dropped to 48. I'm so chuffed with myself, still more work to do and being put onto a new medication, an injection once a week but have to see the nurse about that. Oh and I've managed to shift 17lbs in weight too...

    Hi all, I'm brand new to this. Had a Blood test after feeling "not right" for months now. Was told on Wednesday over the phone that I'm type 2 with BG of 18 and something else of 82 (wasn't really taking it in after the word "diabetic" was used!) Seeing GP tomorrow so a bit apprehensive...
