    Any symptoms?

    Thank you will look into it, I haven’t touched anything sweet since my diagnosis so I know I can go without or prolong periods I will try the dark chocolate see if that helps

    I was looking at the sugar content of Greek yogurt and there is loads of sugar in it, or am I reading it wrong??

    It’s difficult to get eggs and bacon as I work from 7-4 and I can’t eat breakfast till at least 9am as I don’t feel hungry till then we don’t have a working canteen at my place of work, that’s why I go for cereal as they provide milk, any other suggestions on breakfast??

    Thank you, I’ve swapped white bread for wholemeal granary bread also swapped to wholewheat pasta and brown rice, I’m currently living on wheatabix for breakfast with blueberries and salad for lunch and a no carb or little carbs for evening meal, but I’m struggling because I have a very sweet tooth
