    Hi Nicholas, for added peace of mind take it to your doctors and see if the results are similar. I do that every 6 months with my Omron 705IT (it clearly shows "White Coat Syndrome"!).

    I haven't to be honest chap, though I do find MFP to be fairly accurate (particularly for restaurant meals and stuff you buy at the supermarket). Hi Annie, MFP is MyFitnessPal, check it out at http://www.myfitnesspal.com free to use and very useful for anyone monitoring their carb intake.

    MFP reckons there is 83g of carbs in that meal of which sugars 12g. It's not had any confirmations though but it wouldn't surprise me if those figures were roughly correct. :)

    Hi, I too would class myself as an alcohol addict (100+ units per week), in my opinion alcoholism doesn't exist it's just socially acceptable drug addiction at the end of the day and it's something i'm determined to knock on the head.
