    2 Boiled Eggs, Tuna and Lettuce and a handful of Pork Scratchings for breakfast. Corned Beef Tomato Cucumber Cheese Onion and Egg Salad for Dinner. Lettuce Tuna Tomoto Wrap with a few Pork Scratchings for supper :-) I'll have a few more Pork Scratchings before bed if I feel like it.

    Snacks

    Thank God for Pork Scratchings. I've never had a sweet tooth and always used to snack on carb based snacks, crisps, crackers, sausage rolls, pasties and pies. I removed bread from my diet and use lettuce leafs to make sandwiches of Tuna, Eggs Bacon, Corned Beef and other low carb fillings, but...

    Today while shopping I found Ox's Liver with the magic ' zero carbs '.. It will make a change from Tuna. Today I had eggs and bacon wrapped in lettuce for breakfast. Gonna try Ox's Liver and Cauliflower, won't be the same without gravy but I'm sure I'll find a low carb alternative.

    Bread

    I used to really love bread. Now I use Lettuce leaves to make sandwiches. Ive read that bread made with Almond Flour instead of White Flour has very little to zero carbs, the recipe is on google, I'm definitely going to give it a go soon.

    Thanks for replying, I don't have any other medication and my Nurse never told me about what to do if it goes too low. I did eat a few crisps just to see the effect on my BG and it went up from 6.0 to 6.9 an hour after eating them. Thankyou very much for replying.
