    @Irishmist66, I buy the Lindahls Kvarg yogurts which they do in several flavours. They're around £1 each, but some supermarkets usually have them on offer! They're around 5g carb each pot and quite filling too!

    I am okay thank you! In the same position unfortunately... And that's with low carb diet! Probably less than 20/30g a day. Still go to bed on 5/6 and wake up around 7-9 everyday ... Very deflating!

    Thank you, you're very kind it's been a difficult year, back in January when I was pregnant and just being diagnosed, particularly as probable type 1, it was very scary. It's such a complex subject! I try and limit my carb intake a lot, just can't get rid of that stubborn morning spike.
