    Back in the bad habits

Well I've still been going to the gym and eating more sensibly. Started the Mounjaro on the 6th and this has certainly suppressed appetite but for the first time since pre diagnosis and initial start of type 2 treatment got a problem with phimosis. Not the nicest subject but as my numbers...

    Back in the bad habits

Tbf the nurse did mention anti depressant but don't feel low to the extent of anything more than just generally lethargic and glass half empty rather than normal more positive outlook. Been to the gym today so that's a start in right direction. Not been in 10 week so certainly feeling it now. I...

    Back in the bad habits

I'm certainly hoping so. Thinking back to starting on Trulicity i was not hungry and generally felt good as exercising and everything that went with it. The weight slowly came down. Few year on im eating bigger portions often of the wrong things. Finding reasons not to go to the gym and...

    Back in the bad habits

Well it went OK really. Start on Mounjaro in couple of week when Trulicity runs out.Just looking into it now but seems similar drill as Trulicity. Start off on 2.5 then increase after month or so. Might just be the kick-start i need cos I'd certainly settled into a rut of poor habits.

    Back in the bad habits

Hy everyone. After my diagnosis with H1ac of 124 about 2018/19 got put on metformin which gave me terrible side effects with days not being able to go far from the loo. Then Sukkarto slow release which is bit better. I joined here and got great advice from some good folk who i notice are still...

    Levels rising

Well I'm feeling bit better in general but have started experiencing slight dizzy/woozy feeling upon standing up. Having plenty of water so not that. Its only very minor but obviously it's not a great thing to be happening. Any thoughts? It's not all the time but probably 4 times this week

Well I've been testing twice a day and back in 6 -7 range already. Just from low carb. Haven't been to the gym this week as work hours made it impossible.Dropped a couple of pounds though.

    Trulicity is working

I'm on Trulicity and have been for couple of year. Have you had a loss of appetite? I did for the first 6 month or so lost some weight then my body adapted and that welcome side effect faded. I'd suggest it's mostly your better diet that's brought this good drop.

Haven't had the loss of appetite that some say comes with Otezla but first 3 month had some dark moods and generally down which isn't my normal disposition. Thankfully seem to be through that now. Will tow the line and make right diet choices and see what the blood test in August says. Thanks .

Just as an aside the Otezla is working wonders skinwise but i queried if this could explain the hike in glucose levels but the nurse said no.

    Levels rising

Hy. Not posted in a long time but after advice please as things going in wrong direction. Was diagnosed 2019 type 2. The average glucose level was 124 at that point. Joined here and had good help and got to 75 by 6 month and 49 after the first year. I started on metformin but got switched to...

    Diabetic Diarrhoea

I was exactly the same. Started off on normal metformin building up to 4 tablets a day. From 2 tablets i had violent stomach upsets. They switched me to Sukkarto SR and built up to the full 4 a day. Still had fairly regular bouts of the squits which as a driver just couldn't be maintained. The...
