    Hi there Mine ranges between 5.1 and 6.3 in the morning.i drink a large coffee with Coconut milk ( no Lactose ) then 25 gram of 85 % Cocoa chocolate.( 4 grams carbs )does not Seem to spike my blood glucose level. Glenn

    Wow little wonder you struggle with your blood sugar most of the food you eat is high in carbs.High carbs turn to blood glucose very quickly.You need to research which food is high carbs and sugar.you will be surprised which is high in carbs. Good luck Glenn
