I had my results yesterday and it’s 10.4 which GP says is very high. - previously 7 and 14 respectively. I see others with a result of 43 or thereabouts and am a bit concerned I’m measuring it the wrong way! Is 43 high!
I'm trying to find fairly low carb foods and wondered about the effect of lentils and sweet potatoes or is it a case that they might be lower than rice and potatoes, they're still high in carbs?

My GP put me on gliclazide and I had daily hypos which I wasn’t warned about and when I mentioned it, he was sceptical and said I could just be menopausal! Had no hypos when I stopped. Now on sitigliptin, but not sure if it’s working.
