    I'd say 'Foot on the floor' too... I know my BGs go up within about 5 minutes of waking up!....they are also influenced by what I ate the evening before...if I've eaten nothing, the rise is nowhere near as high!

    Had my first McFlurry since diagnosis not long ago:hungry:...was pleasantly surprised when I didn't spike at all!...barely perceptible rise and then back to normal! :happy:

    Just over the last couple of days I've noticed a lot higher spike post-meal...I haven't changed my intake of carbs for any meal and had actually been experimenting with pre-bolusing to bring the spikes down!!...whereas before I was peaking at 8-9, over the past couple of days I'm going up to...

    Thank you for your replys :) In Response - Good point regarding it possibly causing an increase - hadn't thought of that!!...I haven't actually been before although I'm usually ok with heights so fingers-crossed! porl69 - Yes, mercifully I also have the Libre - saves trying to do a blood test...
