    My consultant has advised to take a daily dose of turmeric as a healthy antioxidant, I do lots of my own research and it certainly sounds beneficial! Just wondering if anyone else has tried this?

    Still fighting off a bug and maybe the heat contributing but bloods running high despite good food intake :( Breakfast, cup of strawberries Lunch lettuce, 2 slices edam, 2 slices roast beef a few tomatoes. Dinner will be steamed fish and cauliflower. Bloods running between 10 and 14!

    I just had scrambled eggs and mushrooms and I'm at 18 going higher - I've had 6 units of bolus!! No problem with my pen (prefilled cartridge) No idea what's going on- is it my basal failing??

    Got my appetite back today, mid morning scrambled eggs and a few mushrooms 2 squares of 85percent chocolate (very unlike me) L Garden salad with cold roast chicken and some wensleydale with cranberries. D Will be roast beef with sprouts snd brocoli!

    Thanks @EllieM that is worth checking, I WAS poorly at the weekend with a virus but fine now, I drink a lot of Pepsi max sugar free but just wondering about this having a possible impact on sugars? Anyone got thoughts on that please?
