    What do Type 1 Runners use to prevent hypos whilst out running, I have been told not use glucose gels because they are just sugar is Maurten ok, I'm on Fiasp and Tresiba and I get hypos after about 25 to 35 mins and have no warning signs so I just end up running slow.

    Just started Tresiba - bad experience

    I'm having a bad time with tresiba too, I used to be able to adjust basal daily but it doesn't work with tresiba u100, is this because when I'm having hypos and reduce by 2 units the reduction of tresiba doesn't take effect for up to 42 hours so do I need to wait 2 days or even longer before...
