    Type 2 Carbs

    Hi all, I have just been diagnosed with type 2, I know everyone is different but as a rough guide how many grams of carbs should you eat a day? It’s another 2 weeks before my next appointment to discuss it with the nurse but I wanted to make a start. Thanks [emoji4]
