    Interesting.. Is your friend also in the UK? They delayed my previous 3-montly supplies too, though only for a few days IIRC. I think they're just not being responsible.

    Thanks for the suggestions. Yes those are the distributors that are late to send the supplies every time. I'll be traveling next week but I'll call them the week after for extra supplies. Also keep bothering my clinic with emails... it's really extremely frustrating.
