    Hypos

    Night time hypos are tge worst. They can be scary. I am using the libre 2 system. It links to my phone and an alarm sounds when I have hypos. If I were you I would get in contact with your diabetic nurse ASAP. To me it sounds like your background insulin is to high.

    Travelling with insulin

    I've never been stopped when traveling. All ive taken is my repeat prescription just in case. The way I carry my insulin when going abroad is to split it. My wife takes the same as me in case of loss,theft or damage. As long as you can fit the insulin into a bag given to you at security your good.

    Severe Hypo Prevention

    I use the libre 2 system and yes it's amazing to be able to go to sleep with out worrying about hypos in the night. As long as you can use a phone you will be fine. I set my alarm to go of at 4 on the sensor so I have time to grab a apple juice carton out the fridge. I hope this helps my fellow...

    Freestyle libre 2

    If your sensor keeps falling off you can try special plasters that go over the sensor I have seen them online. Amazon or ebay I think. I just can't remember the name of them. They are suppose to be used when you go swimming but they would help jeep a sensor on.

    I normally have a few cardbs before I do anything that requires sweating lol. It slows down the blood sugars and makes it easier for the machine to read your blood sugar
