Hypos

Are these "real "hypos or are they compression lows?
When we apply pressure to a sensor, for example lying on our arm in our sleep, fluid is restricted to the filament so it will report a false low.
This is one of the reasons why it is recommended to check against a finger prick,. especially if your feelings do not match the reported BG.
The way to avoid these compression lows is to either not lie on your arm or to find an alternative position on your arm for the sensor that you will not lie on. I find I do not lie on the back of my arm if I place the sensor higher.

If finger pricks prove these are "real" hypos, it is likely that your basal dose is too high. It is recommended to occasionally do a basal test because our needs do go up and down with things like weather or exercise.

Night time hypos are tge worst. They can be scary.
I am using the libre 2 system. It links to my phone and an alarm sounds when I have hypos.
If I were you I would get in contact with your diabetic nurse ASAP.
To me it sounds like your background insulin is to high.
