    It's does work!

    HI initial success with VLCD diet, low carb and some fasting, initial H1Abc of 92, in 42 days I've lost 2 st following the Newcastle diet mostly, on Metformin as well, H1abc tested again just out of interest. Down to 50 mmmol/mol and every other blood marker improved as well. BP a good 85/120...
