Thanks I was just trying to see what experience people with diabetes and stomas may have had

I work with patients who have a stoma and some are diabetic, eating low carb is very difficult as the diet for people with stomas tends to be very carb heavy, many veg etc limited , are there any ideas as bskacing diabetes and stomas is a real challenge and can affect output etc

I’ve just started using Libre 2 on free trial to get a clearer view of what different foods are doing to my levels, during day seemed to stay within 5-7 but at night dipped to less than 3.9, has anybody else seen this? I’ll see what happens over next fortnight to see if this is a pattern...
