    Hi I asked my diabetic nurse and she gave me two testing kits one for home and one for work. I slipped through the net for 7 years with my old GP and I am resistant to most of the medications I have tried.

    Glucose spikes during and/or after sauna

    My BG is all over the place just with the hot weather so I would presume that would be the same with the heat from the sauna
