    Hi everyone. Has anyone tried Cacao as a supplement or drink to help manage BG levels ? I had a drink with it last night and apart from it being a bit bitter it was nice, more importantly it didn't spike my sugars. Interested to hear others experiences.

    Hi all. I'm trying to get a handle on which foods are bad and which are good for me, just found out on the forum that high fat is good, who'd have thought that ! Are dieticians worth seeing, my experience of them in hospital would suggest not, any other help or advice much appreciated.

    Hi everyone I am at the very top end of pre diabetic range and am trialling a continuous monitor at the moment. Can anyone please advise if milk in latte coffee affects Bs, if so is full fat or skimmed better/worse, there are conflicting reports on Dr Google. What alternatives to cows milk are...
