    When I was doing is seriously I did 36/12. Fasting from (say) 8 pm Monday to noon on Wednesday. Then 8 pm Wednesday to noon Friday. So i would eat for 12 hours on Monday, Wednesday and friday.     Thanks. It seems I was lucky. I had no side effects whatsoever, either physical or mental. Just lower blood sugars.
