Make sure you get Ceylon cinnamon, Cassia cinnamon what the supermarkets sell and it has a liver damage risk when taken in large quantities. Don't think (my opinion) that it's a wonder drug that makes big changes.

For me the high dose really disturbs my stomach, split it into 500+500+1000 works best. But remembering to take it with lunch... A reminder on my phone helps a lot :)

Silly enough I don't really regard cured meats (salami or ham for instance) as highly processed food. But they contain a number of these E numbers. It's almost impossible to get store bought food without preservatives. Even food marketed as biological has some of these E numbers :eek:

How big is the real impact of milk in your tea? A friend of mine had a similar discussion with his dietician once about drinking a couple cappuccino's in the morning with full fat milk. The small amount of milk shouldn't really tip the scales? Google says:

We use AI at work to assist in the analysis of incidents. Most of the time the result is good, but its not without flaws. I agree that double checking is always a good thing as I've found some so called low carb recipies that kindly forgot to add the nutricional value of the rice :)

I've got it working but there is 1 thing to note; I chose the wrong glucose "measurement system" the first time. I picked mg/dl instead of mmol/l. Corrected that later on but the issue is that mg/dl values are much higher. Those are stored in a local database and these values are not changed...
