    As above see a pharmacist if you can maybe try a hot water bottle or wheat bag thing on or near the ear place a towel over the ear first, usual pain killer paracetamol etc

    4 days in now no major differences so worry over nothing (I hope) still waking with higher blood sugar levels but this may be other causes

    So since this morning posting 3rd jab with it and after a 5 mile walk my BS was 3.4 (this can happen with Trurapi) eating kept the same as usual my walk route was one I do a lot I would say up to now good results thank you every one who replied

    This is not supposed to happen on Metformin alone.

    could this extreme hot weather have anything to do with this ? If anything I have been the opposite my levels have been higher I only use insulin(s) though
