Thanks for the reply just on tablets Metformin and Gliclazide done exercise 2 hrs after main meal problem is highest BS now seems to be around 6.8 so how would be the best way then to prepare for exercise

4.8 before tea 2 hours after 6.8 then twenty mins exercise and its dropped to 3.0 Doc said if it gets below 3.0 seek medical advice feel fine in my self but am I doing too much exercise
