Hi, No it was 5.2 of fat, 217kcal, 20g carbs No idea why

Hi all. I have just had my dinner and the carb value was 20g of which 1g was sugar. Within an hour my BG levels have dropped dramatically, do you think this is because only 1g was sugar. I am on a pump and don’t usually have these issues with food.

Thanks, it was just a thought really and a bit of security so i did not have to leave it on a sun lounger/hidden in my bag etc
