My dietitian wasnt great in this area - she just told me to drink a glass of full fat milk everyday! I am eating a lot of cheese at the moment, low carb high fat (the harder the cheese the higher the fat). Thats all I can suggest really!! Hopefully someone else can offer more educated advice...
