Having done night time blood glucose testing I've increased my night time dose of levemir. Ive also tested through the night since the dose adjustment and i seem to be on the right track. Thanks for all the info, really helpful.

Thanks for your reply. I was told that generally you should take less levemir at night as your not eating overnight but clearly my dosing is not effective! My sugar levels in the day are generally fine and I have reasonably good control. I used to take lantus so levemir is quite new for me...
