i havent changed much yet. been 6wks since diagnosed. will b changing 2 brown & granary bread though pretty quick as my levels were going sky high last wk after eating white rolls 4 lunch with thin ham toms & MAYO. :lol:

am i wrong in not wanting to join a support group? i feel that i have & am getting all i need from this web site (thank u all ) & my nurse. also my daughter-in- law has type 2 as well & had it longer & gives me tips wen i ask.
