    i believe in whole foods, but calories bother me if i ate processed i'd eat less= guilt and richer saltier but i'm eating 4x's a day of chik breast, eggs butter and cheese mushrooms/herbs/tomatoes etc.. \i wonder what can i do will i succeed eating like whole foods and low carb, cause...

    I think my fear is my appetite I tend to eat 4 times a day but from calorie scare been eating chik breast and adding butter and eggs and low fat cheese cause calories and veggies but guess I would love some rinse or burger but not sure if I be full or just gain if replacing choices

    calories no count, has anyone try it and will it work for people who eat alot? plus any menus of your day on the diet ty really need to understand it more ty. :D
